Frequently Asked Questions

What alloys do we use?

We use these alloys according to the EN1706 standard and other equivalents:

  • AC-47100 AlSi12Cu1(Fe)
  • AC-44100 AlSi12(b)
  • AC- 46500 AlSi9Cu3(Fe)(Zn)

All of them are specific High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) alloys. The choice among them are determined by the usage conditions of the final product. Contact us for more information.

What information do we need to provide a quotation?

In order to make a quotation we need you to provide the following information about your project:

  • 3D files (preferably .stp or  .xt format).
  • 2D files (preferably .dxf o .pdf format).
  • Standards and specific requirements to fulfil (quality, finish, logistics, etc).
  • Yearly consumption (estimated).
