Very well, but… What is a quality audit?
A quality audit is a review on the efficiency of the quality management system of a company or organization. In our country, the entity in charge of performing this periodic audit is AENOR (Spanish Association of Certification and Standardization).
The audit recently overcame by Saeta covered not only the quality management system under ISO 9001:2015 standard, but also the environmental management system under ISO 14001:2015 requirements.
And what are these audits for?
Quality audits show the companies the efficiency of the quality management systems as well the capacity to fulfil the customers’ requirements based on these premises.
